Unlike many Will Writing firms we do not offer to provide expensive probate or estate administration services for upfront fees or for a percentage of your estate, in fact we have no wish to be your executors.
We believe you should be free to appoint who you would like to be your executors. Usually this service can be carried out by family members or friends, with advice from our free probate helpline, provided by one of our professional partners, King Court Trust Corporation plc. Unlike solicitors we specialise in just this one area of law and our prices are substantially less than those charged by many solictors practices.

Our associates are all fully qualified Paralegals and members of the Institute of Paralegals.
They will take your instructions and offer advice where necessary, in a clear jargon free manner and explain any legal implications of your requirements.
We make a donation of £5 per Will we write to charity.
Each Will we write comes with
